NCR (No Carbon required) Register Sets are specialised forms designed to use in a portable Register Machine.  They are multi-part forms folded in a zigzag (fanfold) and is perforated between each set.

Typically drilled with 2 x 10mm holes at the top, 70mm C-C and sequentially numbered (optional)

Available in sets of 1000.
